- RBC payroll support helped us find this problem. SAGE50 tech support then suggested using the CPA Standard 005. After testing the result EFT file, it turned out to be invalid. Guided by RBC, it was determined there were extra blank lines.Even removing them the file was still invalid and rehected by RBC.
- You can attempt to re-enroll in CRA Direct Deposit with RBC Online Banking or RBC Mobile or directly on the CRA website CRA Direct Deposit Enrollment, or if you do not have a CRA My Account, you can.
- Select 'View and Print Payroll Direct Deposit' from the right navigation. Select the account you want to deposit your payroll to from the dropdown, then click on 'View and Print' and your customized form will be presented to you. Simply print, sign and submit a copy to your employer's payroll department and your part is complete!
When does a direct deposit hit your account? Direct deposits typically hit accounts between 12 a.m. (EST) on the day your employer sends the deposit (Monday through Friday). Find a Navy Federal branch; PenFed Credit Union. When does a direct deposit hit your account? Direct deposits are posted from 7:30 a.m.
